TOLEDO EARLY COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL
Academic Contract for 2009--2010
As a member of the student body I will:
‡ Earn at least a”C” in ALL high school and college classes
• Freshmen -- proficient in 75% of high school classes
• Sophomores – proficient in 80% of high school classes
• Juniors – proficient in 85% of high school classes
• Seniors --- proficient in 95% of high school classes
‡ Be in Compliance with attendance policy
• Three (3) tardies to class: detention assigned and an absence will be recorded for that period.
• Four (4) absences: current grade being dropped one letter grade (A- becomes B-).
• Six (6) absences will equal an F-.
‡ Complete my Rocket Stages each semester
‡ Follow the TECHS dress code
‡ Remain eligible to participate in dances, field trips, and other special activities by avoiding detentions and suspensions. Detentions will be served promptly.
‡ Treat ALL adults and other students with respect
I understand that failure to honor this contract may result in academic or disciplinary probation or removal.
