My experience includes two years teaching English for grades 6-12 at a private school, one year of substitute teaching for Toledo Public Schools, one year teaching at Rogers High School and one year teaching at Scott High School.  However, my experience teaching at Toledo Early College High School has been the most fulfilling in terms of seeing students reach their potential.  

I believe that student learning is most meaningful when it is cross-curricular. The opportunity to collaborate with other passionate, competent teachers drew me to Toledo Early College High School.  I believe that providing motivated students with challenging, meaningful instruction from competent, compassionate teachers is a wonderful formula for the success of both individual students and the school as a whole. 

I believe that Toledo Early College is a school that is ahead of its time, and that in the future other schools will want to study the practices the administration and teachers currently employ.
