Recruitment
Students are recruited for Toledo Early College High School one year prior to each school year. For example, the recruitment campaign for students for the 2010-2011 school year will begin in October 2009. 

Admision is free of charge and open to incoming, first time freshmen students who reside in Ohio and who meet one of the following criteria:

• Minority Status
• Qualifies for Free or Reduced Lunch Program
• An English Language Learner (English is not the student’s first language)
• First Generation College Student (Only one parent can be college educated)

Students and parents who are not certain if they qualify to attend Toledo Early College High School should come to an information meeting to speak with staff members who can answer their quesions.  Students are not permitted to apply to Toledo Early College High School until the student and parent have attended an information meeting.
