The job also afforded Dr. Wheatley VIP access to cultural events in Northwestern Ohio, including a private viewing of the El Greco exhibit. Dr. Wheatley said, “It was one of the most culturally and socially enriching experiences of my career.” Education is a life-long process that enriches our lives through personal and formal experiences, which empowers us to become individuals with the capacity to be independent thinkers. It awakens our creativity, ignites our compassion and teaches us to appreciate and to take advantage of life’s many unique opportunities.
